Technician Apprentice needed at Genesis of Chandler!
Genesis of Chandler is looking to hire a Technician Apprentice for our busy service department!
The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently in a team environment while maintaining clean work areas. We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and wants to help customers maintain their vehicle.
Applicants must be 18 years or older and must have current and valid domestic driver’s license (AZ preferred) with a clean driving record.
NO Sundays or evening shifts required!

What You’ll Do
- Assist technicians with vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, and other basic maintenance services
- Learn proper diagnostic and repair procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all dealership and manufacturer safety standards
- Properly document work performed
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus, but not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
