Earnhardt Queen Creek CDJR in Queen Creek, AZ is looking for a highly motivated, experienced Detail Supervisor to join our team.
The ideal candidate would have experience in a supervisory role, management, and the ability to work well with the team and our customers to provide exceptional service. Success in this role requires you to be a team player, fast-paced worker, hold yourself to a high standard, and take pride in the work you present.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervising staff to ensure all work is done correctly and in a timely manner
- Inspect and maintain quality of all vehicle details to ensure dealership standards are met
- Manage lot organization and vehicle flow to maintain an efficient operation
- Sense of urgency in meeting deadlines
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a team
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have current and valid domestic driver’s license (AZ preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Great work ethic
