Now is a great time to join the team at Earnhardt Honda. Earnhardt Auto Centers is a privately held, family-owned business since 1951 and just completed investing in a complete dealership remodel at Earnhardt Honda. We are looking to hire technicians at all levels to fill our expanded space! The new Gen-4 facility includes 50 service bays, expanded service lanes, and upgraded diagnostic technology.
NO Sundays or Evening Shifts required!

Applicants must be 18 years or older and must have a current and valid domestic driver’s license (AZ preferred) with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities:
- Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
- Perform work specified on the repair order with accuracy and in a timely manner
- Stay up to date on most current technology, requirements and processes regarding service repairs
- Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed and if so, the time needed to complete the additional repairs
The ideal candidate should have the following experience and qualifications:
- Vocational education
- Prior experience as a Service Mechanic with proven success on the job is a plus, but not required!
- ASE certified is a plus, but not required
- Experience with using a DMS such as CDK is preferred, but not required
