Rodeo Ford in Goodyear, AZ is looking to hire Experienced Ford Technicians!
Rodeo Ford is looking to hire Technicians that can keep up in both or brand new our Pro Elite service center and our high-volume main shop!
Applicants must be 18 years or older and must have current and valid domestic driver’s license (AZ preferred) with a clean driving record.
Pay is dependent on experience and certification level, with added bonus structure.
The ideal candidate should have the following experience of qualifications:
- Vocational education
- Working as a Service Mechanic; with proven success on the job
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience, especially working with the following:
- HVAC repair
- Engine repair
- Trim
- Diagnosis
- Electrical
- Drivability
- Ford certification is a must!
- Working for a new-car franchise automotive dealership (or group)
- Using DMS such as CDK
