Internet Sales Director position available now at Earnhardt Lexus
Earnhardt Lexus in Phoenix, AZ is currently seeking experienced and motivated individual, willing to learn.
We are looking for candidate with good personal skills to work in a fun, upbeat atmosphere!
Applicants must be 18 years or older and must have a current and valid domestic driver’s license (AZ preferred) with a clean driving record.
The ideal candidate should meet these requirements and possess these qualities:
- An extroverted personality with a natural ability to strike up conversation
- Sound business acumen and Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, Marketing or related field(s) – or comparable experience in the automotive business
- Incredible listening and communication skills
- A solutions-oriented mindset
- A good, functional understanding of supporting software systems critical to a sales operation such as:
- CRM software
- Data Mining Software
- Customer communication tools
- Pricing and Inventory management tools
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring a luxury experience for all our guests by providing amazing moments and world-class hospitality.
- Organized and consistent follow-up
- Sorting, prioritizing and responding to customer inventory and pricing inquiries from a variety of web-based sources
- Prioritizing and reviewing both active and inactive leads
- Ability to convert more leads into appointments and sales
- Using your knowledge of Earnhardt inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs
- Guiding customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications
- Completing all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers
