Core Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Kindly greet, assist, and build lasting relationships with wholesale accounts and retail customers.
- Pricing & Sourcing: Accurately look up, source, and price out automotive parts and accessories.
- Transactions: Safely receive payments, manage account billing, and issue accurate receipts.
- Inbound Calls: Promptly answer and forward high-volume phone calls from wholesale shops in a timely manner.
- Teamwork: Function effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle tasks assigned by the parts manager.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of wholesale automotive parts experience is required.
- Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
- License: Valid domestic driver’s license with a clean driving record (Arizona license preferred).
- Skills: Excellent communication, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle a variety of client personalities.
- Adaptability: Highly flexible to changing daily requirements and counter volumes.
