Glass Advisor position available with Earnhardt Honda in Avondale, AZ!
Earnhardt Honda is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our busy Service Department!
As a Glass Advisor, you are the ‘in-between’ with the customers and the technicians, it is vital to communicate accurately and timely. Success in this role would require great communication skills, motivated work ethic, strong organizational skills and people skills; because ‘people’ is our business!
Applicants must be 18 years or older and must have a current and valid domestic driver’s license (AZ preferred) with a clean driving record

Basic Job Duties:
- Engage with customers
- Explain the benefits of choosing Earnhardt Auto Glass over other providers
- Collect and forward customer information onto the supervisor and fellow team members
- Help facilitate with scheduling windshield replacement appointments in a timely manner
- Filing documents and records
- Any other duties assigned
