Tire Technician needed at Earnhardt Cadillac!
We are seeking a full-time experienced tire technician for busy Cadillac service department. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for mounting, balancing, rotating, and repairing tires. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining vehicle safety, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient and accurate tire installations. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and enjoys physical work in a fast-paced environment. We offer competitive pay and benefits and opportunity for career advancement
Responsibilities
• Install, repair, balance, and rotate tires for passenger, light truck, and commercial vehicles.
• Inspect and assess tire tread levels, wear patterns, valve quality, and overall tire health.
• Use tire-changing equipment, balancers, and other specialized tools.
• Communicate effectively with customers and service team members regarding tire conditions and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications
• Experience: Prior tire technician experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
• Skills: Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with tire-changing equipment.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, or squat for extended periods.
• Other: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
