Earnhardt Chandler Cadillac is looking to hire a Certified GM / Cadillac Technician!
Earnhardt Chandler Cadillac conveniently located off the 202 and Gilbert Road, is looking to hire a seasoned Certified GM/Cadillac Technician for our busy service department.
Cadillac is an amazing brand that is highly desirable. If you want to be on the cutting edge of the automotive technology revolution, Cadillac and Earnhardt Chandler Cadillac are where you want to be!
Applicants must be 18 years or older and must have current and valid domestic driver’s license (AZ preferred) with a clean driving record and have the ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.
NO Sundays or evening shifts required!
There are many advantages to this role, including:

Responsibilities:
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
• Perform work specified on the repair order with accuracy and in a timely manner
• Stay up to date on most current technology, requirements and processes regarding service repairs
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed and if so, the time needed to complete the additional repairs
The ideal candidate should have the following experience of qualifications:
• Vocational education
• Working as a Service Mechanic; with proven success on the job
• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience
• ASE certified is a plus
• Working for a new-car franchise automotive dealership (or group)
• Using DMS such as CDK
