SENIOR NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR
Details:
Earnhardt Auto Centers is ready to add an outstanding IT Professional to our team.
Immediate placement is available for this senior-level position!
The ideal candidate should have experience working in the IT space; with proven success managing an efficient team. We are looking for career minded individuals with excellent communications skills and a strong desire to succeed.
This position is a senior-level position, mentoring Junior-admins in the management of both existing and future systems, including: VMware, SANS, Windows servers, Cisco VOIP, Cisco and Meraki network gear. We are completing the process of migrating from Legacy Cisco to a Cisco Meraki environment; and we are in need of a great Senior Network Admin to help optimize our systems in this environment.
Needed is a person familiar with these systems whom is also able to manage & evaluate new and emerging technology while serving as a technological consultant to our dealership personnel and corporate executives.
Responsibilities:
• Document all systems changes and upgrades
• Monitor all solutions, security updates, etc
• Troubleshoot, analyze, document, and refine systems performance
• Work off a ticketing system with the ability to prioritize them
• Network design and implementation
• Willingness to complete afterhours projects
Required Skills, Experience, Education and/or Certifications:
• Adept in communication and rapport development with organizational stakeholders
• Experience working in teams with varying priorities
• CCNA or equivalent experience
• VMWare
• Windows Workstations/Servers
• Cisco Security tools, Umbrella, Duo
• Meraki Cloud
• 5 years in this sector is required
• Domestic Driver’s License with clean driving record
• Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Schedule:
• Traditional 8hr days with occasional after-hours project work
Pay:
• Competitive, Depending on Experience
