RODEO HYUNDAI IN SURPRISE, AZ is currently seeking experienced highly motivated individuals willing to learn. We are looking for candidates with good personal skills to work in a fun, upbeat atmosphere!

Applicants must be 18 years (or older) with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities include:

• Use your knowledge of Earnhardt inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs
• Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications
• Complete all relevant record and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers

We will give you everything you need to be successful! We provide paid training and a mentor dedicated to your ongoing development. All you need is your ability to connect with people and build relationships and we will help you succeed!
