AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANT POSITION AVAILABLE WITH EARNHARDT FORD IN CHANDLER, AZ!

Earnhardt Auto Centers is over 69 years old and continues to be a privately-held, family-owned, family-operated business. Featuring 21 dealer rooftops, 23 dealer franchises, 2 “Quick Lane” Centers, and 2 Collision Centers.
EARNHARDT FORD IN CHANDLER, AZ is currently seeking experienced highly motivated individuals willing to learn. We are looking for candidates with good personal skills to work in a fun, upbeat atmosphere!
Applicants must be 21 years (or older) with a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities include:
· Use your knowledge of Earnhardt inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs
· Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications
· Complete all relevant record and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers
We will give you everything you need to be successful! We provide paid training and a mentor dedicated to your ongoing development. All you need is your ability to connect with people and build relationships and we will help you succeed!
