Earnhardt Ford is currently hiring a Barista to work in our Coffee Café!



Earnhardt Ford is seeking an enthusiastic, friendly individual with an engaging personality to join our team.

Previous Barista experience a plus but not required!



Responsibilities include:



· Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages including coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffee and teas

· Clean and sanitize working areas and equipment

· Clean service and seating areas

· Money handling

· Maintaining inventory by replenishing supplies

· Educating customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu, answering questions

· Other tasks as assigned



Requirements / Skills Include:



· Must be over the age of 18

· Obtain food handlers’ card

· Excellent customer service skills

· Must be able to work individually

· Stellar attendance

· Basic safety

· Verbal communication

· Great listening skills
