Earnhardt San Tan Hyundai, in Gilbert, AZ is looking for a part-time Service Drive Customer Experience Coordinator for our busy service department. Must be familiar with the multi-line phone system, organized with the ability to multi-task, flexible to changing requirements, able to handle a variety of personalities, demonstrate the capacity to function in a team environment or individually, and have excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities include service scheduling, handling rentals/loaners, assisting service advisors, and other duties as assigned. Includes some weekend shifts.
